    Their goal came thanks to a deflection, our goals were beautifully crafted. Disallowed goals are credit to our defensive discipline - it's not "unlucky Spurs". Deserved win.

    Wanted to post that word for word last night but fell asleep. 100% this. Wouldn't take 100m for him at the moment, as he's so crucial to the way we want to play. Pundits went on about McGinn being our talisman last night but Dougie is the heart of our team and absolutely changed the game when he came on. He's pure class and our best outfield player by a mile.

    I hate the walking the ball to the half way line at a snail's pace. Recently teams have just been letting us keep the ball until somewhere around the half way line before they start to press aggressively. I feel what we're trying to do is like boxers in the first round trying to figure out distance before upping the tempo and taking calculated risks. But we're taking way too long to recognize the opposition's patterns. You can't play like that until the 70th minute. Eventually, especially against good teams, you'll be forced into making a mistake, get punished and have to play catch up.

    Not bothered about a loss here. The performance stinks but is just a sign of things to come if we end up having too many mid-week fixtures with our small squad and unreliable rotation players.
