If a loan as an option to buy or even a commitment to buy, is the player tied in and has to join or at the end can he just say 'no, PSG (or whoever) was impressed how I've done and I'm off there' If that's the case I'm not interested in loan deals, unless it's as temporary cover.

I think it was poor that the tournament wasn't picked up by the BBC or one of the other terrestrial channels. Can't understand why sky or BT didn't cover it, considering some of the rubbish they show. So while I think it's justified to moan/be disappointed about u21s not being on the TV, there's no need to bring the women's game into the argument. Show both.

Only thing I listen to on talksport, don't agree with everything he says but he doesn't take any nonsense of people and will, mostly, call them out. Usually very complementary about us and thinks we will shake up the top 6 this season. Also really like the boxing segments he does. Jim White can be a bit of a nob though.

If we're to progress to the stage where our owners aspire to be, bringing in Emery and Monchi would suggest they're serious, then we will need a statement/sliding doors signing. Not saying it will be Chiesa, but we need a high profile signing to lead the way for others, who don't realise we're a big club, to follow.
