    Ireland went down half way through the half so perhaps he was just actually injured ..which isn't too good as he constantly keeps getting these knocks. Draw would have been fair result to be honest and we were unlucky to be beat by a wonder goal.Gardner should have been on earlier as well once we were chasing the game no point having 2 midfielders holding at that point.

    Not that I belive this story ..but thinking logically when he came in he wanted to be successful and pumped alot of cash in and we failed.Now with the FFP rules he can't pump cash in even if he had the means or wanted to so the club is going backwards. Nike deal gone ,lowering crowds ,best players wanting to leave maybe it's taken it's toll Perhaps he has seen that there is no way to increase the clubs income enough to make us successful.

    Quite , certainly where I live Suddenly Man City shirt's have just started popping up in all the sports shops. Also seeing what the big teams get for shirts sponsorship just shows how lopsided the league is in terms of ability to generate income and also how this FFP rule has really played into the hands of those teams !!

    Aston Villa successfully sold a midfield quartet of Barry, Young, Downing and Milner in three successive summer windows. Selling your best players in three years would suggest selling. That none of them have been replaced says something as well. Have Liverpool, Arsenal & Spurs done anything like that? Spurs and Liverpool have replaced players they sold quite well ,Arsenal you could argue have not done much better than us.Nasri , Fabragas ,Henry ,Adebayor ..none of them really replaced that well

    The problem with selling Bent for me is 1) I can't for the life of me think we could attract a player in the £15mil to £20mil price range now ..unless we are grossly over paying 2)The wage bill is our issue we are told , well say we sold him for £30mil wages wise even if he is on say £80k a week you would struggle to get 2 players in with that as your weekly budget between them.Unless you use the fee as part of the wages ... I doubt he will go myself ..

    Warnock for me is like Collins always gives 100% and will have a game where he will throw himself in front of every attack and you think great defending.Then you relise he has to do that to cover for poor positioning and you look at what he cost (and collins ) and think we could have done better.

    TBH the Nike shirt I have the build quality is shocking ,my old diadora shirt has held up better so I am not that fussed to be honest who makes it as long as the thing does'nt start falling apart after one wash !!
