Hey General. Just want to say keep up the great work you've been doing for Aston Villa FC. Same goes for Martin, Randy and the other board members. I think the problem here is that some Villa fans are expecting too much too soon. The season before last, we finished 16th. 2 places above relegation! Then the new board and Martin came in and the objective for last season was to stay in the Premiership. Randy said it himself remember. We achieved that. And now people want a European qualification spot this season? It might happen and it might not but how can we NOT back the decisions of Martin or the board after all they have done for us in the last year!? Do we want to go back to the Ellis years?! I know Richard Fitz's comments got people excited. And I know Harewood's arrival didn't quite match expectations after Richard's comments, but understand this, we are only in year 2 of this 5 year plan. The transfer window isn't closed. Top class signings WILL come and we WILL qualify for Europe in the future. We just have to be patient! I'd just like to end this by welcoming Marlon to the club and I'm sure he'll do a great job for us.

I'm not too keen on seeing the star above the badge for league games and such but I am definitely in favour of seeing it above the badge when we are back playing in the Champions League as a sort of symbol to say "We've won this before and we're back where we belong!" Haha.

I think we should only have the star above the badge WHEN we are competing in the Champions League in Europe. Don't see why we should have a star above our badge for league, league cup games or FA Cup games when those competitions themselves have nout to do with the European Cup.

I reckon we should go in for Lauren. He's Arsenal's best RB as I feel Eboue lacks defensively at present. Wenger is willing to let him go and at 29, he would be a great buy.

8 league goals this season already. Only a matter of time before he breaks into double figures for his league tally. Something we haven't seen our strikers do in a while. And he's Irish He's got the makings to be a quality Premiership striker and at 23 he has a lot of years to offer.

Incorporating the Browns colours into a Villa shirt, even if it's the away kit, is going a bit too far in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the connection is great but to start using their colours in future kits??? No. Just no.
