Schalke and Werder Bremen down, and it's hard to argue they don't absolutely deserve it. They've both been positively dire.

Massive Köln goal ruled out for one of those millimetres offside VAR decisions. Bremen are getting trounced but still have a hope and a prayer.

I'm watching Köln v Schalke and Matthew Hoppe has been playing like a man possessed. He hasn't gotten his goal yet, but he's been throwing himself around all over the pitch. I hope somebody else snatches him up.

That's too bad. I wonder if there was a difference between the player and stadium kits or if the quality was awful across the board. They sure were nice looking.

Wolves just partnered with Castore and their shirts for Rangers last year were practically flawless. I could see us doing a lot worse than going that route as well. Guaranteed not to be a lazy template.

I have the longsleeve player version of this without a sponsor and it's the Villa shirt I wear the most. The tech fabric isn't as techy and elaborate as the newer ones, but it's a crisp, tidy look.

If Werder Bremen are relegated, it is likely they'll be selling their most desirable players to finance a 2. Bundesliga rebuild. Their finances were hit hard by the pandemic and word is they're willing to let Josh Sargent go in addition to Milot Rashica. It seems Sargent is most likely to go to another Bundesliga club like Eintracht Frankfurt, VfB Stuttgart, or Borussia Mönchengladbach, but we could do a lot worse than him as a striking option. He's gotten a lot of practice dropping deep and holding the ball up at Bremen, but he's also shown he can actually score given service.

I think nothing, but I'd be happy to see it. I would dread the template Adidas would give us with the clunky collar and weird shoulders. They wouldn't give us Arsenal quality—we'd get Wolves. Puma kits always seem cheap or shoddily designed to me. New Balance would be horrid.

I don't mind the Kappa, but I can see Umbro taking things up a notch and giving us something really classy and timeless. But I feel like our kits are never as good as they could be.
