Still think he needs to improve his game, although I did think he looked better against Sunderland. A performance to build on hopefully.

Could be useful, but really with the wage bill needing to be further trimmed I think money could be used in better places.

Shame his chance has to come via injury. Would love to see him given a spell at CB. Has looked very good when he's played and don't forget his goal from outside the box agaisnt Arsenal.

IMO the only way it could prove to be worth it would be to give him a one year extension on much lower wages. Keep him around for the kids and the odd game. Don't forget he's our only target man.

Not suggesting MON wasn't good at developing youngsters, but I don't think Bannan would have made it under MON. Have the same doubt that Albrighton wouldn't have made it either. However I do think MON made great players out of Gabby, Milner, Young & even help Barry progress.

Think it's the best all round performance I have seen from Gabby. Hopefully there is more to come...Saw Petrov compare him to Ronaldo ... (we can all dream).

If he keeps playing and improving at this rate we could have a real player on our hands.

Made two good forward runs agaisnt QPR. Ideally would like to see him make more runs, which could then result in goals / assists.

In the very short spell he looked good to me, showed a willingness to chase the ball which I liked. Also showed good pace to catch up to Albrighton (only to be ignored). Would like to see him given a little more game time if we are few goals up agaisnt Wigan.

Would be an asset if he can come good.

Have to agree with the few predictions above. Have watched QPR's last two games on TV/Online and they have looked really good... SWP and Barton running the show. Going to be a very difficult game, which in all honesty I don't think we should be saying agaisnt a newly promoted side.
