  1. The fact the away end was 1600 short or what ever the top tier holds. Plus the amount of blues that wont go back to goodison till kenwright leaves. Our lowest season ticket sales since the 90's
  2. To be fair, Football is dying on its feet, and the economic climate in the country is beginning to bite home, It will get worse, and for quite a few clubs. Incidently, spent a little time drinking with you guys after the game yesterday. Top fans, and very friendly......better than the scandinavians from across Stanley Park by a mile :winkold: 8) Good lad, top man. We are friendly unlike the red necks
  3. even still. villa have taken decent followings to gp in the past
  4. Ues you were vocal. But i was dissapointed. Villa like us are a big club. But only bring 1600 was poor.not selling any seats in the upper. Why?
  5. Funny thing is AM has a great CV at less than fashionable sides I honestly think with money and support. You could overhaul us and even break in to the top 4. Which we struggle to do
  6. Not normally one to fan the flames when it comes to speculation and whatnot, but doesn't Moyes own a helicopter? I'm sure I read somewhere that he was quite happy with his lot up there; big pad plenty of acres, horse racing interests and own personal helicopter et.c. Admittedly this was offered as justification at the time as to why he wouldn't move. I don't think it's impossible Moyes would come to us but I do think it unlikely. We probably are a better bet in some respects than Everton as far as fanbase, infrastructure and resources are concerned. But he's slowly built that Everton squad up piecemeal over the years and might feel he's only one or two players away from having a really good side. I don't think Kenwright would risk the further dent to his popularity either. Lol no moyes doesnt own a helicopter. Plus hes back from barbados sat/sun so why hire a helicopter fly in to lpool then fly to birmingham?
  7. Who is this mystery man on twitter? .been on twitter a couole of days
  8. Cant believe coyle is so low. If moyes ever leaves, thats who i would want at GP
  9. If Moyes says again "im not interested" Who would u want realistically?
  10. Moyes likes to or Moyes has had to? There is a massive difference between the two. Plus, I think Randy has once again, for the 4th year running, backed his manager in the transfer market. EG - Bent, Makoun in January alone. I don't think there will be any concerns from a new manager coming in and not being backed. This is our biggest pull if we are going to tempt Moyes away from Everton - which I must admit is extremely unlikely. Likes to. Hes always been backed. When he first came he spent a fair whack 5mil richard wright.5mil yobo. He got a brazilian in who broke his leg and never played again. Lie tie but that was a sponsorship deal kilbane and ibrahiam said. So his first season 15mil was spent. Then we sold rooney which bankrolled cahill arteta and lescott To be honest I wouldn't call £15m significant backing when you look at what O'Neill spent. In 2002/3 it was plus we were 80mil in debt had an aging team and big wages cos of walter smith.
