Im one of them. Shit myself last night. Today I've accepted my £90 loss but as I have no plans to go villa park under AM I will look at it as a saving overall. Hope it works out & its all a smoke screen mate. My 2 cents... A few Plops fans i was talking also kept telling me how good Rafa was. They would definatly take him back at some stage, say hes fantastic manager that made changes everywhere from youth,scouting etc for the better. I have to say, he gets a bit of a bashing with the media, and i don't/didn't like him much, but the more i think of it i think he would be a great apointment! His record speaks for himself, Hes a Winner. I don't care who manages the club and if he is likable or not, i just want us winning & for that reason i think Rafa more than worth a punt.

I might be wrong for sunday but when you think about it, a lot of SHA drink in town & if that place has SKY then along with the cheaper booze (if its still a weatherspoons pub)along with the big chance they go down it could get nasty. It has kicked off there before on a sunday,so....well, I'd give it a miss just in case. Better off going to a pub nearer VP. That said - enjoy your day !

Thank fook i didn't wait till i got to Brum to get tickets! So, any recomendations for Bars that stay open late?! Am flying to Dublin Monday morning so am just staying out Sunday evening on the piss & heading to the airport as late as possible & stick around there!(Flight is at 8am Monday) Staying at the Prince Hotel on Stanmore Road on the Saturday night, basic & cheap place just to have a kip in! Doesn't seem too far out from Broad street & the city centre.

Got tickets sorted, am collecting the tickets at VP just incase as my brother will be in London doing some exams that week so hes travelling up to Birmingham for the game. First time in the North Stand, sitting in T6 - all i could get was Row E seat 126 & Row F seat 126 - gonna get there early & hopefully swap seats to sit beside my brother ( not essential but hopefully). Can't wait, bit of banter near the scousers too Will be my first game since the Ajax game a couple of seasons ago.

A- **** -men. Petrov was fantastic IMO, he does tire after an hour but hes still a great player, Villa through and through. Makoun & Downing good too, wasn't overly impressed with Walker and our defence was rocky as fook 1st half although settled a bit more in the 2nd half. 3 points sooooooo goooood though! another win and a draw & i think we are safe. Up the Fooking Villa!!!
