    today we didn’t dominate in the same way as we did v City and for me The city home game was THE performance of the season , had we won it 5-0 there wouldn’t have been any complaints

    Who else saw 8 mins of added time and thought , still time to lose this !! first half it felt like Arsenal had 12 men v our 11 but second half we thoroughly deserved the win as they ran out of ideas Carlos with his best game in a Villa shirt and Zaniolo turned up for the second half but everyone was on it today tbf … and Emi probably gave Arsenal another reason to regret selling him with that wonder save in the first half i feel more confident now that United won’t catch us , just need to see off Spuds now

    Being out with your mates on an all day session whilst being stone cold sober my god drunk people are hard work But on the plus side our local football team became Champions today and we saw a decent tribute band this evening

    Super Villans on BT sport after our game tonight I knew about them losing the European cup in a pub but never knew that Morley and Cowans broke curfew the night before the final and from the sheepish looks ended up in a brothel quality viewing , hopefully there will be a part 2 version in a few years also a great quote from Peter Withe in the show about the winning goal .. i tried to play a one-two off the post but the back of the net got in the way

    Outplayed first half , better in the second and could have even had a 3-0 lead to take to France … but we might regret those tactical substitutions , man of the match to Austin MacPhee closely followed by Emi Emery earns his money next week

    If I had a hotel reserved in Athens I’d be cancelling it about now , Lille should be out of sight and would be if our club thought Ramsdale or Reya were better than Martinez I think he has to gamble with Hayden and get Konsa back in the middle

    ha funny you mention this .. I did a quote yesterday on some new flavours for Pepsi Max (sadly I'm not at liberty to reveal those flavours , its not James Bond stuff but I have to be careful disclosing potentially sensitive stuff ... someone (not me ) leaked info once and a competitor beat my client to launch ) but I said to the client in our discussions, I've mixed Pepsi Max with Apple before and its the nuts and you should look into it that said , I think Coke did launch an apple flavour back in 2018 but only in Japan

    I watched one where they suggested OJ's son had done it .. the evidence was quite circumstantial ..but also quite compelling , history of rage , diary entries , was in the restaurant the same day as Nicole and Goldman and I seem to recall it was actually his hat they fond at the scene not OJ's its a one sided documentary , but it was interesting none the less

    on the subject of Ocado ... I'm running a project next week for Vegan burgers ( yeah I know , but just smile and take the money) the order I placed for delivery today of 96 packets of vegan burgers has come up short , so they are substituting around half of it !! Bit of a huge problem , as i can't use the substitute product so I'm online trying to find some more of these particular products when I get a phone call from Ocado .. basically saying Sorry we let you down , we've sourced some more to fulfil your order added them to your online shopping cart for delivery at 09:30 tomorrow all you need to do is logon and click the button if you still want them so ..take a bow Ocado

    I wouldn't go out of my way to add it as for me chips are aren't really a breakfast food , but if its offered as part of the breakfast then I'll have them and if nobody is looking will turn into a Northerner and make a chip butty

    at least you had the decency to make tomato and mushrooms optional , I'll allow the black pudding as although I wont eat it , it wont' leak and tarnish anything else on the plate so I can just work around it , or give it to one of my heathen mates who eat Northerner peasant food few of the cafe's in London when I order a breakfast and ask them to remove the beans and tomato will offer me an extra egg or sausages instead , it would upset your ratio of bacon to sausages but its always a nice Brucie bonus when they do it

    i think the law states , There is no offside offence if a player receives the ball directly from: a goal kick , throw-in or a corner kick so presumably the position is irrelevant

    Back from seeing The Libertines tonight in Kingston I’ll be honest and say they are a band that have passed me by previously and I’d put them up there with bands like The Ramones and The fall for being famous for no logical reason but , actually I thought they were pretty decent , sounded loud and pretty tight , vocals were a bit muffled but that could be the venue tbh … I’d definitely go and see them again
