  1. 8 years and he still don't have system. I mean how are the media supporting him.

His mate Stuart Pearce earlier on Talk Sport. "Don't waste your time talking  about Gareth, cause his here for the Euros, an he's done wonders for this team".

In another comment "players just need to get up the pitch more, he needs to be more central, an Foden needs to be brought in the game more. It'll look better if that players in a difference position".

As good as saying Southgate's clueless 😂

Good riddance! Jude Bellingham annoyed Borussia Dortmund team-mates so much that they're glad he left for Real Madrid

Borussia Dortmund players are reportedly glad that Jude Bellingham left for Real Madrid as the midfielder always wanted to be the centre of attention.

    Allegedly felt overshadowed by Haaland
WHAT HAPPENED? According to Bild, Dortmund players believe that Bellingham felt that he was being overshadowed by Erling Haaland and went on to applaud the fans on his own rather than with his team-mates after games. He was asked to lead the team on several occasions last season but his fellow mates felt that he had little leadership qualities and was moody, which created tensions within the squad.

THE BIGGER PICTURE: Some of the players even questioned his behaviour with some of his other colleagues as he allegedly was not too kind on a few occasions. The report mentions that he insulted Nico Schulz after Dortmund were knocked out by Rangers in the Europa League in 2021-22. According to lip readers, he reportedly said, "You can't play a f***ing pass, you're f***ing s**t! Every damn time!"

AND WHAT'S MORE: It was not an isolated incident and there were many occasions when Bellingham reportedly snapped at his team-mates in the previous season. However, things have improved under new club skipper Emre Can as he is believed to have brought a refreshing spirit to the dressing room. Bellingham's replacement, former United midfielder Marcel Sabitzer, is also liked by his co-stars whereas other senior players such as Sebastian Haller have taken up more serious roles in the team council for English-speaking players.

So he's a winner big deal.

I bet Fergouson was lovely when Man U were winning everything.

I think the Southgate issue is confusing. He has done a better job than a lot of English managers so does deserve credit for that (2018 was probably his best achievement

Then again he has also underachieved with the set of players he now has available, Euro 2021 England should have won and with the squad he has them playing Lambert like football at times

He's been proper lucky with the draws. He's basically beat everyone we should and no one we could. The Italy and France loses were because of his limited ablility, not the player quality.

It's quite shocking how the media still aren't touching him. You get the odd outlet questioning his abilty, but most are saying how happy the team is?? Iv'e been saying from the start, the FA blatently briefed the media to keep off his back, an it definately shows.

I would say he's pretty **** stupid to say it in front of his partner.

I guess he could have lied.

I can't imagine loving anyones kids like my own, but then I'm not in that situation.

  5. So was at a friend's party last night quite a few couples there. We got in the conversation with a friend about if you can love your step children (not that I have any myself) like your own? She has 2 kids 11 and 14, boys,  and he has one a 9 year old boy, both by previous relationships

The conversation got a bit emotional, as one other guy admitted he would treat the step kids as he treats his, but there will never be that bond, that love, as with your own, like 99, an your own 100. Now I kinda agreed, as did many that it was a very reasonable answer. Her partner (the one with the one child) agreed also. Well this is when it got a bit moody, as she was saying she didn't realise he felt that way and they should all be loved the same, which I thought was a bit harsh, I just replied to help him out,  "I guess its complex situation". After that we sat out of the conversation. I know they ended up leaving early because of it, aa she was unhappy and didn't obviously didn't realise he felt that way.

Now I know there may be a few on this forum with step kids, or opinions on this, so I just wondered, is he right to feel this way?

He was a breath of fresh air when Roy left. He's now just turned into another terrible manager stuck in his ways.

Really, you think that?? I thought it was seriously underwhelming appointment from the start, but typical of the FA to appoint a yes man.
