  1. Just seen 5 Pigeons dancing in celebration, nomore Pigeon deaths caused by stray footballs in there airspace from Collins hoof foot.
  2. Did you have a lil drinky drinky with lunch or am I being dyslexic?
  3. I like Clark, I like his heart, determination, competitiveness....but he needs a real run in the team at CB before anybody can get a real idea of how he is gonna be. I rate Baker highly from what I have seen of him, just looks a proper a defender and I think he will go on to be a top centre half, I think Clark can too if he irons out a couple of things but he needs a run as I say
  4. Can't be sure if he put in any effort as he is that much of a poor footballer, so we're no closer to cracking the case...Columbo is scratching his head. I don't think that's fair. The lad has work ethic, he's just a very, very limited footballer. He runs around a lot, like a headless chicken crossed with a pit-bull, but boy can he run. I don't dislike him at all and I think the abuse he gets for simply being rubbish is completely unjustified. Much like Heskey in that regard. He has to run alot...to catch up with play. I dont dispute he 'tries'...which for his wages is the least we could ask really, sadly he just isn't anywhere close to premiership standard in my opinion, I really cant think of ANYTHING that he does well. But not really his fault as he didnt sign himself.....sadly we all know who inflicted him on us.
  5. maybe we should do a 20million double swoop for him and David Murphy n Snodgrass, he loves him some Snodgrass

  7. Wash your mouth out. Though you have made this suggestion quite a few times and it always gets the same reaction. He also likes Snodgrass...apparently....
  8. He should have got the spin off instead of Joey! He could do a decent job in the central perk position..
  9. Personally if you go on amount paid and impact you have 3 that stick out for me.. Dwight Yorke, cost like £50,000 or something, went on to become world class...love him or hate him now he was brilliant. David Platt, £200,000, 4 years later he's sold for £5.5 million after again being world class, and to think Graham Taylor HATED paying 200,000 for him! Paul Mcgrath, career was "over" apparently...what was it? £400,000?, I dont even need to say anything more about him. OTHERS - Deano, great impact...just needed another 5 or so goals a season though for me, Shaun Teale - absolute bargain and him and God formed a great partnership. Ian Taylor - part of a swap deal and turned out a legend.
  10. Chips n torch my lord, chips n torch
  11. He understands that there may be water jugs at the conference, Possibly in case Lambert gets thirsty. Also, chairs are there which may indicate a lack of standing up. But what he can tell you is that the microphones make it louder. From which he suspects Paul Lambert may attend the press conference to unveil Paul Lambert as manager. He has a hunch it may be televised as he spotted several cameras being rushed into the room underneath sheets
