2-3 to the mighty Villa today. Defending set pieces will continue to be our Achilles heel but a cheeky Ollie brace plus a Ginny special will see us claim all 3 points. UTV. COYVB.

Pretty enjoyable experience tbh.
I also went. Took my 9 year old. We both loved it to be fair. We will definitely do it again. We met Alan Evans, Tony Morley, Nathan Baker and Terry Donovan. All lovely guys. Terry in particular spent a lot of time talking to us and was really interested in my boys u9’s team. He was really encouraging and just a lovely bloke.
I’m sure it’s a day we will both remember for a long time. We had good seats in the upper trinity.

Spurs don't really have anyone close.
We have McGinn on 7 yellows who needs to be careful now.
It’s incredible that this word removed has not reached the 10 yellow cards already. His behaviour warrants a yellow card virtually every week. He is the biggest tool in the PL and only escapes more regular punishment due to having the special protection only reserved for Man U players.

That’s rubbish. I heard he was injured!

He’ll be captain by the end of the season at this rate!

Can we recall him? Probably worth doing it if we can.

We’ve had a tough few weeks but we are still very much in this. Adversity can provide real opportunities for people to surprise you. I believe that Unai can still get us cooking and qualify for Champions League. It has certainly been made more difficult following recent events but we are still in this. Keep the faith people.

Poor old Boubs. Get well soon. It’s a position where we are light on options too.
-
I doubt it’s too serious. He looked in discomfort rather than pain. Hopefully he’ll be ok for next weekend or very soon after.
-
When Unai took over we were in a relegation battle. I think we should remember that before we get too upset with being fifth in February. If he left, we would likely be doing much worse. Let’s get behind him (and the team) when they need us most. Up the Unai (Kenneth!!!). UTV

The only reason were ahead of the chasing pack is because of our pre christmas form.
We have looked a shadow of that ever since and choked hard.
We didn’t choke hard today. We were incredibly unlucky.

It’s not unais fault he lost Pau.konsa and and an in form digne to injuries.
I didn’t say it was. Unai is King. What he is doing at Villa is simply incredible. We need him to pick them up and we go again.

Some serious pant wetting going on in here today. I hope the players are not as ready to throw in the towel as some of our fans are. We are still well ahead of the chasing pack and we’re much better than Utd today.

King Unai has to earn his corn now. The boys played well today but that will have really knocked their confidence. We need to go on a run now. Five or six wins on the bounce. We are capable but we need to just pick ourselves up and go for it.
-
MOTM for me today. Great to see him looking confident again.

I am a big Cash critic but he was good today. Maybe he could have been stronger for their winner but he certainly had a more positive game than other recent performances.

Mate what were you watching?
I was watching Villa dominate Utd but sadly lose because we didn’t take our chances but they did. End of. Diaby played his part in that whether you saw it or not.

He played well today. Honestly you guys need to give him a break. He was creative and lively. He was 20 times better than Zaniolo and Tielemans. I honestly think some people want him to fail. I can say this because I am one but brummies are such fatalistic sods at time. We need to grow up and calm down.

Good performance. We deserved to win. We were really unlucky. We just need to take the positives out of the game and move on. Let’s hope Boubs is ok now.

The referee kept them in the game and created their momentum with some unbelievable poor decisions. Found a way to win though. Which our first half performance fully deserved. Special mention for Moussa. What an assist which Lucas finished like prime Gary Lineker. UTV. COYVB.
On a negative note. Poor old Zaniolo looks like a competition winner.
Finish on a positive. Morgan looked like a proper player at times. Lots to learn but oozes class.
