Sounds like we played well with the usual defensive lapse for them to score. I accepted relegation a few weeks ago so didn't expect to win and by the sounds of it we were better team so more interested in that we make progress as a team and hopefully today was a case of us continuing to improve (although slowly). Need to replace Gestede for a proper striker to partner Ayew, replace Guzan and maybe if possible get in a DM and RB. Preparing as best as possible for the championship is what it's about now.want us to be building a squad that understand how each other play and can switch between a variety of formations. UTV

Completely accepted relegation now and although I don't like the idea I think it's essential. Don't think we will ever be able to build up confidence to be any sort of solid PL team whilst in the PL. Think a season in the championship could be what the club needs. Think we could build team spirit, identity and confidences amongst the squad in the championship. Only if learner leaves and we suddely got millions to spend can that be achieved in the premier leauge, and evan then that depends on who amd how the money is spent.

Don't think we should build attack round him even if he is a good championship stricker. Premier league has proved to much for him so occational impact sub next season, moved on hopefully when we return to PL

Some nice passes, did a lot of chasing back from what I saw, was partly at fault for 2nd goal but it was really on Gana for not controlling/releasing ball well enough/soon enough. Not anywhere near finished article. Think he is improving and there's a player ther.e Like Okore think a Season in the championship could really help him become a solid PL level player. Hope he stays when we go down.

Not good enough, if Westwood, one of the new guys or Gill were showing the attutude Jack has the last few weeks they would be getting torn apart on here. Unfortuantly looks to much like he has believed the hype and thinks he's already made it. Too much waving of arms and bad body language, Gill so much better.

Didn't want him when appointed, did well keeping us up and looking back his managerial demise then started with 6-1 loss to Southampton.... A good window in summer allowed him more time but as soon as we got back to competitive games he looks all over the place. Got to go before his self righteousness and lack of ability setting up and developing a trean does more permanent damage. Think we have good enough players here to be mid table, I thank him for any part he had bringing in players like Amavi, Richards, Gana and Veretout but he has to go now and we must bring someone in who can organise and settle the team.

Went to the game, had to sit in with palace fans Had perfect view of gabby's miss when he was clean though... Awful miss that completely sums him up. Sinclair should be ahead of him every time, or any of our other forwards. Also I think Amavi struggled without Sinclair in front of him, as Jack was floating around more central trying to make things happen Amavi struggled. bacuna was very poor and every time we were attacked down his side it felt like they might score... Traore was brilliant, palace fans were all shitting it every time he got the ball and a few around me immediately declared he is to good for villa! Overall think Tim must take blame for setting the team up wrong yesterday and being to slow to react with subs.

Really good today. Think a midfield of him Jordan V and Guaye could be great given time. He and Guaye seem to already be developing an understanding and play great together.

You forgot Crespo

Wasn't keen On TS appointment but in every way he has proved my doubts wrong. Did an amazing job keeping us up, has totally handled Tekers and the other leaving to our advantage, looks like he has a plan and is building a squad. Not expecting us to suddenly be top 8 again but for the first time in ages it looks and feels like we have a plan and are implementing the right people in the right places. So yeh fully behind sherwood now, actually i can't think of anyone else is rather have in charge at the moment. Also think Fox should get credit, don't like him as much as I've come to like sherwood but think he is exactly the sort of person we needed at the top.

It might be me but every picture of him at I have seen so far since he left and thoughout that video it looks like he doesn't quite know if he's done the right thing or that maybe he not sure he's made the right choice. Think he was pushed into this by agent/fam maybe as much as he might have wanted it himself

Has been great for us this last year but his actual impact on matches as in assists and goals is really not all that. Hope Gueye lives up to our hopes, if so he might turn out better! Delph has great energy but I'd prefer someone with more vision and shooting ability. Trying to think of this now as a positive, onwards and upwards!
