As it stands we have a RB we won't play as his wages are too high , we buy a replacement who can't even make the bench so we play a player whose best position is midfield at RB ,meanwhile we send out 2 of our brightest prospects who can play CM on loan leaving us with Sylla as our only option on the bench, Add this to the 2 LB we brought who aren't good enough so we have to loan another.4 players who can play as striker but we loan a 5th and you do have to question what in the **** is going on ! Just to put the cherry on top, we play with the tactics of having a target man then leave19 points

I have a couple, First back in late 70's . On our way back from Sunday morning football at Billesley common. We had to drop some lads off at the wheatsheaf in Sheldon. I was in the front passenger seat of a clapped out old Allegro. So we were approaching the lights in the middle lane. The lights turned red and the guy in front breaked sharpish. Our driver reacted well and stopped, but the guy behind didn't. It was a fair bump, not really a crash. My mate the driver, who was a bit hot headed, went to get out to speak to the bloke. The thing was, the bump had just done enough to the car to push7 points

I remember when I was around 15 I got into ringing those sex lines up and I got really bad on them, anyway my gran's phone bill come through and it was over 400 quid when normally it was only 80 quid. my gran rang my mum up to tell her not knowing that my mum had a bill for over 500 when hers was normally only 40 or 50 quid. gave a right load of bullshit to try and deny it but it didn't work, had to pay every penny back weekly when I started working. most expensive wank's ive ever had5 points

I'm going to find you a nice ladyfriend So selfless Baselayers. You know that he has a Mustang, beautiful hair AND a heroic collection of wrestling figurines, yet you're prepared to allow one of your friends in the queue before you? Man, that's just beautiful.4 points

I don't get this we didn't create anything nonsense and we just hoof it up to him, we did that last year. On Sunday his touch was abysmal, he just seemed totally uninterested in the game, similar with the other two. Compare our strikers to Remy who was a constant menace, who wanted the ball was making moves, not just standing in a static position.3 points

I regard attractive football is seeing my team score goals , I have not seen a goal in 270 mins of football so the football is neither effective or attractive.3 points

Wasn't Lerners favourite comment (via mouthpiece Krulak) the fact if he wanted to make money he wouldn't have invested in a football club? He knew he was onto a loser but went ahead and now in just a few years has managed to bring OUR football club down on it's knees far quicker and more spectacularly than Ellis and yet people still make excuses for him. I was here for over 50 years before Lerner rode into town, I just hope I am still around to see him go and see some limited hope/success before I'm a Holte Ender in the Sky!3 points

I thought we played well against Newcastle on the whole (especially first half). We often go up to St. James' and get a tonking but the tactics were almost spot on this time? Most people (if not everyone) would've taken a draw before the game and, aside from a couple of incredibly unlucky deflections, we'd have got a draw. Vlaar could've done better with the goal but it simply shouldn't have gotten there. We've improved possession over the past couple of games (something which has been jumped upon many times on here) but aren't getting results. Our strikers are completely out of form -3 points

I have big reservations about Lambert: - As a "tactician" he plays 4-3---3 (yes, that is intentional) and 5-3-2 and nothing else. - As an "attacking" manager, he plays more defensive minded players than attacking/creative ones. - As a "modern" manager he has produced some truly shocking football (counter-attack and nothing else) - As a "coach/mentor" he is failing at the basics (ball retention, passing, dead ball, movement etc) - As a "wheeler and dealer" he has unearthed some spectacular mediocrity. I'm not convinced that a few quality signings in the summer - assuming we get them3 points

FWIW I think it is an understandable reaction from football fans. There will be many who are sympathetic to the reaction I dont agree with it personally , but I can understand it3 points

I've bitten my lip for far too long, I've tried to give Lambert as much support as possible but I just can't do it any more. His style of football is just atrocious, it's simply painful to watch that kind of football, no direction, no tactics no plan b, i don't know who can replace him and part of me does not want him to be sacked, but this style of play is just turgid football, one dimensional football. Newcastle were there for the taking, their confidence was rocked. Sad moment yesterday was that I had this conversation with a mate and said even if we were to go 1-0 up, it'll just mea3 points

She was bisexual aswell and i have to say she was one of the best **** ive ever had...she talked all the time of how she loved to fist f**k other girls lol..like i said, really crazy!3 points

I can't decide anymore whether his post match interviews are to protect the players or he's so incredibly stupid he genuinely believes that we deserved something from that game. I'm going to put my money on the latter, anyone who brings Bennett on over Albrighton at 0-0 must be a moron.3 points

Personally I think the better football you play, the more chance you have of winning games. I know Wigan went down under Martinez, but if he'd played football the Pulis and Lambert way, they'd probably have gone down with even fewer points, and not won the FA Cup.2 points

I'm out after this season, but it's not necessarily due to the current manager. I just don't enjoy going any more, having lost a lot of love for the game as a whole since the 2010 World Cup... I've said that before. I barely watch any football on TV any more. Just leaves me with a 'meh' feeling. It's broken. Ironically, I might renew if we get relegated and we have a proper fresh start. Would be some good away days and all in a league in which we could actually compete and expect our fair share of home entertainment. I don't really do football tactics - I don't fret about 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 points

The tactics/manager/other players aren't entirely to blame for his poor performances. It's nobody's fault but his own when he is failing to control the ball, playing wayward passes, making the wrong decisions, dawdling on the ball, and plodding around in a disinterested manner. That angry thigh slap thing he does is becoming irksome; as are those silly attempts at flicking the ball around a defender so he can run onto it - it never works because he has all the acceleration of a fat bird on a tricycle. He frustrates me so much because we know what he IS capable of.2 points

Bloody hell it's not just one defeat it's a season of inconsistency and poor results. It's transfer windows where he's quick to bring in old mates for what I can only see as a decent pay day on our bench rather than Wigan's. I want to see what happens when N'Zog is fit? Will he be stuck straight with the kids or will he at least get a chance with the first team? He has not been very good so far but he at least deserves a chance based on the form of the likes of KEA and Weimann. He's had to work under difficult circumstances but he knew that coming in and he has made too many mistakes for m2 points

Me too! I'm on a train back from Newcastle and I think the bloke from me is also pumping. Then he's looking at me accusingly, trying to make everyone else on this train think it's me. Bloody cheek.2 points

When a manager makes a decision I don't agree with (in terms of starting 11/substitutions) I tend to not get that annoyed as I always think that it must be for some reason I can't understand as I'm not a football manager. However, I'm quickly coming to the conclusion that Lambert is cowardly, stubborn and foolish.2 points

I looked at our bench yesterday and thought there was nobody on there who could change a game. How wrong I was.2 points

Was shit today. As poor as he was in home game against Sunderland during which he got out-muscled by Craig Gardner. The 3v2 break where he passed it straight to Mike Williamson (aiming for Gabby which was the wrong ball anyway) really took the biscuit.2 points

In isolation, today's performance was "ok". We threatened a fair bit for 20 mins in the first half, and Newcastle only looked dangers in the last 10 mins. But you can't look at league matches in isolation. You have to look at them in context, but all these league matches add up. And in the context of the season (and last season) we just weren't good enough yet again. I can't remember the last time we properly beat a team. I know we've won matches, but the opposition in those games could easily feel hard done by as we've not really looked dominant. Look at Hull yesterday, even Norw2 points
