    • Coefficient battered everywhere we go.
    • It's been said before by others but I don't think 4 points from next two is a bad outcome. If after 120 minutes last night we get a draw Vs Bournemouth but next week beat Chelsea I still think we'd be on course.
    • I know, he ain't banned,  rules are clear despite some of the media not knowing them.
    • Is a chance they could have 6 teams in Champions League next season
    • Disgraceful, our FA cup being sacrificed for more European games, UEFA are trying to wrestle the power away from British football and its deaths by a thousand cuts. Even though we have just had our most memorable win in Europe for years I still wouldn't swap it for the tradition of the FA cup, its in our soul. Seeing us playing Lille with their whingeing fans and terrible ref is just not as good  as watching Nott County earn a late draw against manure on a cold winters night, crazy but it just ain't.
    • I read something like you get suspended for every 3 yellow cards after the group stages and he got that so who knows.
    • Martinez is irreplaceable and so important to us. No amount of money would be enough for this guy. Blessed to have him.
    • Emi is a complex character. In interviews he comes across as very polite, maybe even a bit reserved, and a really nice and respectful guy. But then during the game and especially during a penalty shootout he turns into the biggest shithouse known to man! His first thought after saving the final spot kick yesterday was to turn and wind up the crowd, jeez 😂   He’s a tremendous goalkeeper alone but his personality makes him even more formidable. An sbsolute gem but we already knew that.
    • I think he would have played a lot as the second striker instead of Tielemans. A position he's really suited too because of his high work rate off the ball and his excellent passing ability and eye for a goal. I think he'll really excel there next season.  Hopefully better luck with injuries next season will give us a deeper squad.
    • I was thinking what must be going through his head standing there with the rest of the team watching the penalties unfold in a European game with raucous support. This isn't a cold night in Stoke.  Credit to the scouting team and Emery himself for seeing the talent for moulding here. Was a good buy
