I am reasonably pleased with the choice of manager and his assistant, although I really wanted Pearson to kick the butts which need kicking. I can't say anything positive about Kevin Bond because I couldn't stand him as a player and the allegations about irregularities don't make me like him any better. 

Villa have a huge problem with the culture of the club and RDM needs find out who is the 'despair squid' who turned every player into Duane Dibbley.

Think Pearson would have bought as much as risk as any if I'm totally honest.

RDM has a big task on his hands and I just hope he's up to the job. Big clear out needed.
