What Everton have been doing with Usmanov is not unlike this, unfortunately their is a serious lack of regulation in English football so they will avoid the same punishment.

I'm not even sure what he did wrong having watched the penalties about 4 times,  he shushed the crowd, wow. Send him off. Fact is, he's in everyone's heads especially the media who are about 80% Arsenal fans.

If the league is feeling insecure about not doing well in Europe this season then maybe they could go down the US model and just name their national champions "World Champions". 

He's not been brilliant and his form overall had been quite poor but he has been contributed fairly significantly this season with goals and assists. He's also been unlucky that a couple of his goals/assists ended up as og's and he's setup a number of good opportunities that should have been assists too. Bailey was the same last season, his overall play wasn't great but he was involved in a lot of goals either through goals, assists or in the build up to the goals. There's definitely a player in there and he can strike a ball well.

It's remote you'd get any portion of the historic park delisted also

If the first yellow for time wasting happened while the ball was in open play, we should be appealing tha one - it's factually, demonstrably an incorrect application of the rules.
