We started the idea by finding a name and as a bit of a joke picked 'Tea Brew' - "What if we gave the stats and figures in the time it took to make a cup of tea, that's roughly a minute" And here we are. All you need to know about Pierluigi Gollini in the time it takes me, to make a cup of tea.

VIDEO | 3 REASONS GREALISH SHOULD STAY AT VILLA

Dan Bardell gives his 3 reasons as to why Jack Grealish should stay at Aston Villa. Surely winning promotion (fingers crossed) would mean more to him than mid table mediocrity with a Stoke City, for example. Agree with Dan? Leave a comment below.

    • It’ll come down to whether Spurs will be more Spurs-y than Villa are Villa(-ry?).
    • I lost my dad to this horrible disease. My thoughts go out to him and his family and friends.  And what a bloody player!
    • I said it a few months ago that Alonso seems sensible and not an arrogant clearing in the woods like Gerrard or Lampard and would be happy to develop further as a coach before making the next step up
    • In that case, it would depend who was running Aston Hall Ltd; if it's different people entirely that's basically okay (though it's worth noting if Aston Hall Ltd ends up a massive money sink then you could still end up with bad situations like the club overpaying for its use), but if it's Chris Heck or whatever then no, his focus should be on the football business.
    • I think the suggestion is that they intend to build it as a national sports stadium to host more than just their games, but bigger sporting events too, they're saying that they're investing a lot in the city not just the club itself. They've already partnered up with American professional sports and commercial real estate giants The Oak View Group. Presuming they survive this season, will be interesting to see if they build a team to match these ambitions, as if serious about all this crap then you would think they will want to put together a team capable of getting to the Premier League as soon as possible, it's what they're fans will be expecting too
    • Those extra light panels on the left were to allow additional light to pass through for the residents who were put in shadow. It'll be exceptionally difficult to obtain consent to extend backwards for the same reasons. And that would just be granting that the structure could take the additional load. Judging by how much my seat bounces at the front of the upper Holte when the crowd gets rocking, I don't believe they could add additional seats there either  There isn't a lot of room if you need to maintain the views from Terrace View and disabled seats. I suspect any "extra" seats will be converting more GA seats to GA+.
    • Makes a change from closing 3 stands for asbestos and dodgy wiring 😂
    • I think I've spotted where we are at odds. What do you mean by "club"? I see no reason NSWE couldn't set up a new vehicle to buy and operate Aston Hall and appoint appropriate people to perform that role. Aston Villa Football Club would simply be a customer of the hypothetical entity. This is the model we already have, the club do not own the stadium, we are tenants.
    • As moving is a non starter, I’ve been looking at ways they may look to add capacity. By looking at the Holte you can add rows to the front and rear of the upper tier without major reconstruction works by extending them forwards and backwards.
    • It would be really funny to be fair. Stuck in League 1 with 7k attendances and becoming the first "Super Stadium" in the country to close three out of four stands out of a lack of demand.
