VillaTalk.com Messageboard Guidelines
The VillaTalk.com messageboard is for Villa fans to discuss and debate on issues primarily to do with Aston Villa Football Club. These guidelines are in place to keep the messageboard a decent place to be. The moderators retain the right to modify and delete any item should they think it is against the board guidelines. We are not trying to be totalitarian - we just want this to be a place where people act in a civil manner.
This is an Aston Villa fan site. This means that it is for Aston Villa fans. If you have a passing interest in a Villa player, then you may be kept on should you not go off topic - but only Villa topics on this messageboard, please.
If you aren't sure about anything at all, PM a moderator (usually referred to as "mods"). You can do this by clicking on the arrow after their name in the left hand column of the screen.
If you cannot keep within these rules and debate in a sensible manner, your posting privileges may be removed.

| I've started some instructive stickies in the "Testing" forum about avatars and short links. If you want others writing, please PM me. |

When starting a new topic, make sure the title reflects the subject in an accurate manner. Vague topic titles lead to duplicate threads. Also if starting a thread on "This weekends Games" for example, please include a date, as this makes it more obvious and easier to find at a later date
