Yeh I don’t get the big deal. It’s not like fans went out and purchased replica Arsenal and City shirts and then got a tattoo of a cannon shooting out a blue moon on their arses. Fans just watched some games that they probably wouldn’t have bothered normally.

If we hadn’t beaten Arsenal I’d be a bit more disappointed but that result and Spurs losing has us in a great position. If we lose 4th from here to Spurs then they are the team that deserves Champs League. Bur I’m confident we’ll do what it takes to get there.

I think you’re overstating it. Most people don’t care that much about the whole coefficient thing and are delighted with the season. It just feels the opposite online and normally from the same few people.

Totally get those that would rather have the conference over top 4 but it reminds me a bit of the Stanford Marshmallow experiment. I’m happy to hold off celebrating a conference league for future success. But we’ll do both anyway so it doesn’t matter.

Odds on fav for 4th and favourites for the conference league yet the likelihood of neither is greater ? I had to double check your username when I read this. You and any other doubters can get a very tasty 7/4 on Spurs getting 4th. Might soften the blow.

I get that, it just feels like something that will get a lot of opposition from somewhere. Especially if a lot of the local residents don’t own their properties. I may be wrong about that though.

I think we can finish 4th but I’m still confused by the co-efficient and why people are saying the spot has gone. If City, Villa and Bayer win their respective cups. Surely it’s still pretty tight to get 5th spot ?

He carries the team. People are saying he’s overhyped because of the penalties but take the penalties away and he’s still been Chelsea’s best player by a mile and looks quality every game. Anyway back on topic. Ollie to grab a brace on Saturday.

I think it’s just one windup merchant and others responding. If people are getting stressed then I agree. They need to chill out. We’ve had an amazing season no matter what happens.
