The Cunha injury forced my hand into Mateta so that worked out. Probably should've just kept Ait-Nouri in and then went Foden out Eze in as planned but eh whatever. VVD been a right waste of time since I got him in on WC. Just 1 clean sheet would be nice fella is that really too much to ask.

Back again with more RB Bragantino fun. Into Feb 2037 now so 4 full seasons after my last post. Won the league again in 2033, 2034 and 2035. Another two Copa Libertadores in 2034 and 2035, few more cups and a Club World Cup in 2033. Hit 106 points in the league in 34 and 35 (new joint record). Also took over the Brazil job in 2034 as I wanted to try for the World Cup so I won the 2036 Copa America on the way. After 5 on the bounce though I did lose the league title in 2036, I'd have Brazil games on the same day as league matches so calling up half my squad came back to bite me too often Also got knocked out in the semi finals of the Copa Lib. Probably didn't help that I sold 2 key players again half way through the season but you have to keep things fresh in these saves. Shokry moved for £170m rising to 188 and Mihajlovic for £146m rising to 196. No big sales since then though. Padded out my squad with more reserve players now to try and balance out the international call ups a bit better as they've been a nightmare ever since the club started becoming really good tbh. Don't think I showed anyone off last time so here's my best 4 players, will probably try and keep these guys forever no matter what bids come in.

Seeing Ollie's stats today reminded me the crazy juju Unai has when it comes to strikers. Without fail he's always had his striker at whichever club playing the best football of their career. Villa, Bacca, Gameiro, Cavani, Aubameyang, Moreno and now Watkins. It's a genuinely faultless record. Genius.

I said last week these players need to dig in like never before and bloody hell didn't they do that today. Some of them looked bollocksed towards the end but kept going. Really good, massive win and performance from all. Sitting in a great position for now.

6 more months or so of Unai coaching and the hype this lad will have will be mental. Media and general football fans will be all over him I'm certain. He's seriously got the lot. What a **** player, such a joy to watch. Bodies everyone and has a sublime weight of pass.

Cash a weak point

Max went past Lewis on lap 9 and has pulled an 11 second gap 10 laps later Alonso/Sainz/Perez/Lerclerc battle was fun at least. Perez handed P3. *13 seconds actually, the actual race is in the mud tomorrow.

Still don't really understand the point of sprint races. On another note, Rosberg is absolutely dreadful on comms.

Isn't it just common sense that he's dropped off form because our very good DM next to him is out injured and the system/style has had to change a bit. I think any idea of us selling him or being okay with it is absolutely criminal. Once Kamara is back or we sign actual DM cover over the summer to play that role, Dougie will be free and back to his best again.
