I've deleted cache, reinstalled chrome. This is on Xperia Z1, Chrome. WiFi and network. In order to load the page I have to shut all pages on browser. No issues with any other site. Link to comment

The login cookie does expire if you don't use the site in a certain time period. I can't remember off the top of my head what this is though - it might be as little as 24 hours. Many people install cookie management tools which might do the same. In case it's symptomatic of a bigger problem, can you tell us the OS you were using? Link to comment

If you click the VT icon in the top right and then accept the cookies message it will accept it for the whole site. You'll have to do it again after clearing your cookies though. Link to comment

Firefox, OSX 10.10.4, Yes - iPhone Safari, Haven't checked. Cookies notice seems to be fine for a day or so, then comes back. I've done what you suggested, i'll keep you posted. You're the only reporter of this in over a month, so at the moment I suspect it's something unique to you or your connection. Please try connecting to the internet another way. 0 Chewie Posted July 4, 2015 Share Posted July 4, 2015 Hey Limpid, It's hard to replicate as it just seems to be a random logout whilst i am 'away' from the site. For my laptop i'm on OSX Yosemite using the lastest version of Firefox. For my iPhone, i'm using mobile Safari on the latest iOS. Both my browsers on both devices have experienced the logout problem, maybe 7 or 8 times in the past couple of days. I changed my password on the site just before this all started, if that helps at all? Link to comment

Something common to both devices is likely to have been causing this. Usually I'd suspect the network, but you tried another network and it still happened. What else are you running on both devices?
