No Strurridge in the squad Brendon Rodgers has confirmed it after a chat with Roy and agreed his not involved

Luke Shaw may drop to under 21

Delph played well last time out hopefully another recall for him

At last they seem to be doing the right thing with the youngsters!

 

If they play well they should play for the u21s, not the full team. Plenty of time for that.

 

Shaw, Chambers and the like will progress much more away from the intense media scrutiny of the national team.

Lambert shouldn't be in there.

'Different option' or not. You don't play for your club then you don't play for your country.

Agreed.

 

There are exceptional circumstances, but safe to say Lambert doesn't qualify as one of them.
