Isa
bertrand is better attacker but as a defender he is very very limited while Cissokho is probably the exact opposite Bertrand has shown this season that he is a decent defender too, he just didn't show it with us. matrim
Wonder why he's been taken off in the last two games. In both he was playing reasonably well but in fairness it worked to get us the result today
AVTuco Posted December 21, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted December 21, 2014 He was taken off and a starting line up CB was transferred to his place. I'd like to think the manager showed faith in Clark and rewarded him for all the good games he has played. Aly has been good, but not as good as Clark/Okore. This shows that competition is hard throughout our defense, not just between the CB's. Which can only be good.

thejoker
Doubt it's true, but if he did leave, it would be for a huge profit which we could re-invest. It's the way forward it seems.
Chap of Steel
What a bizarre rumour. Only just signed a four year deal and would cost a fortune. Don't think there's much to this one.

Jimzk5
Laughing stock when he joined from the press now linking him with moves to such illustrious clubs like spurs and Napoli. Knob off.

Whilst I back lambert in the transfer market, I think his signings have been pretty successful, he does seem to have a blind spot at full back. paulfromsutton
I hope it is true we could replace him easily with money to spare. Yeah we could buy two more Bennett and Lunas. Why on earth, when it has taken us so long to find a good LB would we sell him after 6 months. Because this time he would have good money for a replacement

samjp26
Very unlikely anybody would try bid for him in January, probably in the summer though if he keeps his form up
PieFacE Posted December 22, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted December 22, 2014 He's a good defender but he's hardly amazing. Pretty solid but going forward he's well.... limited. There's no way he's good enough for Spurs. I think we're his level currently.
