Outlook Query

Hi all,

 

I want to export my personal e-mail folder from my work e-mail.  Is there an easy way to do it that doesn't involve having every message in an excel file!?

Use the export function and export it to a personal folder file (.pst) if you are going to import to another outlook client

Ah ok.  So will I just need to import that using Outlook on my home laptop and it will show properly as a folder with the all the messages in tact?

Yep, you get the option to choose the folders you want to include and it will take all messages in that folder. You can also export the entire outlook tree with notes, calender, tasks and contacts if you want.

Worst case is the admins at your workplace disable the export functions with policys
