It's written in bold red text just to make sure that you don't miss it What browser and OS are you using? Have you tried another browser? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache? Link to comment

I am not sure which update could have caused the problem; please be aware my computer skills are very limited so I think the only way would be to perform ' System Restore' for about 6 months ago ! Although it is a nuisance I will probably just live with it - but thanks for your help. Link to comment
