nobler Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I really want to pre-order the special edition but when I did it for Dark Souls it took ages to arrive. I'm actually considering ordering the special edition for the Ps3 and just downloading the PC version to play when it's released. Just finishing off demon souls- it took me a few hours to get in the swing of things but then on the whole its been easier than dark souls. Nothing has come close to falling off ledges in Sens fortress. Love the characters in Demons though- especially Biorr. This and south park are holding me back from buying a next gen system. I made the mistake of trying to blast through rather than build properly so as a result spent 3 months trying to beat Smough and Ornstein. Then got stuck on Gravelord Nito and gave up. Ginko Posted January 26, 2014 Author Share Posted January 26, 2014 A good tactic for Nito is to keep near where you drop down as you won't get the big skeletons towards the back aggroed. He's slow as shit so use that to your advantage and use fire if you can, it's very effective. Also, if you have the materials to make a divine weapon it would help. Hope I don't pick the wrong route :-) I completed Dark and Demons with caster heavy builds. Thinking I might try an archer build this time. Czechlad Posted March 3, 2014 Share Posted March 3, 2014 I am starting off with a Dex build and maybe try incorporating some attunement for pyromancy. Apparently the new stat they put in will be very important. It increases movements, healing speed, and how fast you can raise your shield. It was called agility but I think it got changed.
